Since 2020, Deuter has produced exclusively free of per- and polyfluorinated (PFC) chemicals, thus eliminating one of the most harmful chemical groups from its production. Instead, Deuter uses a health-safe and environmentally friendly waterproofing treatment that is bluesign®-certified and consists of 60% renewable raw materials.
