If your favourite model from among the more than 10,000 models in our online shop is not on display in the branch, we will deliver it to our shop free of charge and without obligation for you to view. Simply notify our team on site or call us on +49 0341 - 225 13 20.
We can also arrange delivery to your home if you wish: we will gladly send items purchased in the shop to your home or hotel free of charge. Your parcel will be delivered within 1-2 working days of your purchase. This means you can continue to stroll through the city without any worries.
As part of our service, you can also contact our branch in Leipzig for returns without any hassle. Bring the unworn goods in their original packaging to our branch within 30 days of receipt, together with the delivery note or invoice, and we will take care of everything else.
