Our Services
Not all of the more than 10,000 items in our online shop can be permanently displayed in our store showrooms — but we offer you a special service: Every product that is immediately available in the online shop can be sent to one of our stores free of charge for you to view without obligation.
Simply contact your preferred store by phone and order one or more items for viewing there.
The entire Sakoi online assortment is also available digitally right in the store:
You can browse the shop via customer terminals and compile an order to be picked up in-store. Our staff on-site will be happy to assist you.
If you’ve found your new favorite bag, our stores also offer direct shipping to your home or hotel. Your purchase will be conveniently delivered via DHL within 1-2 business days. The Ship to Home service is free of charge for you.
By the way, you can also easily handle returns through our stores: If your order isn’t quite right, you can return unworn and original packaged items within 30 days of receipt at the store—we’ll take care of everything else.
