Returns & refunds

How does the return process work?

Please use the DHL online franking service. It allows you to return your shipment in its original packaging (mailer bag or box).

This link is only valid for returns from within Germany.

Otherwise, please send your return at your own expense, in accordance with our terms and conditions, to the following address:

You're free to choose any shipping carrier for your return. We recommend using an insured shipping option so that you can claim compensation from the carrier in case of loss. Be sure to keep the proof of postage in a safe place.


Can I get a new return form?

Who pays the return shipping costs?

Return shipping costs are to be borne by you. We recommend using a service with shipment tracking.


How long is the return period?

You can return your goods to us within 30 days of receipt.


Can I exchange an item?

We don't offer direct exchanges.

Once we've received and processed your return, we'll automatically refund your money so you can place a new order for the replacement items you'd like.


When will I receive my refund?

As soon as your parcel has reached us and been checked, we'll process your refund. The credit will appear on your original payment method within 10 business days.


An item is faulty, was delivered incorrectly or is missing – what should I do?

In such cases, please always contact our customer service first and describe the issue. We'll help you find an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.


I used a voucher/discount on my order. How much will be refunded to me?

If you used a gift or purchased voucher on your order, the proportional voucher value will automatically be reloaded onto your voucher code when you return items.

Discount codes are applied proportionally and percentage-based across all line items, depending on each item's value. That means you only paid a partial amount per item, and that partial amount is what will be refunded for the return.
