How do I sign in to my customer account?
A fixed password is no longer required for your customer account. Instead, you'll receive a one-time login code by email each time you sign in, allowing you to log in securely.
That means you don't have to remember or change a password.
How do I change my address or email?
To change your address or email, please contact our customer service.
You can also update your address yourself in your customer account so it will be filled in automatically for future orders. However, the change will not apply to orders that are already in progress.
How do I delete my customer account?
To delete your customer account, please get in touch with our customer service. We'll take care of your request as quickly as possible.
